• We want you to be satisfied and we will happily replace defective or damaged items if you notify us within 7 days. We may choose to offer you a full or partial refund or may ship out a new product depending on what the problem is.
• Please give us a call or email us to get any problems taken care of in a quick manner.
• You will need to pay shipping costs to send a basket back to us if you decide you don't want it.

• Damage during shipment will be covered by the shipping company and you will need you to keep the gift and packaging, as is, to show them. We will refund your money for the amount of damages and will file a claim with the shipping company.   Return

HAND DELIVERY:

• We hand deliver our gift baskets to the following places in the state of Washington: Vancouver, Brush Prairie & Battle Ground.

• Hand delivery baskets will normally be delivered next day, business days only. Please call to check on availability of same day delivery.

• There will be an additional delivery charge if we are unable to deliver on the first attempt. Please supply phone number for gift recipient so that we may call ahead to verify someone is home to receive gift.

SHIPPING COSTS:

• We try to keep our shipping costs down but the cost to ship depends on the size, dimensions and weight of each box.   Return

QUALITY CONTROL:

• We take care of your gift basket order from start to finish. Gift baskets are hand made by us, then bagged or wrapped in cello. We add a coordinating bow and a gift card with the message of your choice. Packing your gifts in heavy duty cardboard boxes and placing plenty of packing around it help eliminate the gift moving during shipping.  Return

SHIPPING INFO:

• Delayed deliveries,  by weather or other acts of God, can not be guaranteed by us. 

• If the shipping company leaves the gift on the porch or outside somewhere or delivers the gift to a loading dock or receptionist area etc. in an office or hospital we can not guarantee the gift.

• A basket which is not delivered on time because of shipping carrier error will have the shipping costs refunded to you and we will file a claim with the shipping company. This applies only to those shipments that are guaranteed for a certain delivery date.  NOTE: There will be no refunds for early or late arrivals for those packages sent via ground shipping, priority mail or for express mail to certain remote areas..

• We Cannot Ship to P.O. Boxes When Shipping via UPS, FedEx or DHL.

• NOTE: No Carrier guarantees delivery times for any shipping options during busy Holiday times. Return

Hospital Deliveries:

• We hand deliver to Southwest Washington Medical Center and Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital.

• Shipping to Hospitals is not recommended as:

• Hospitals may check patients out early and then refuse delivery of package or not send it back. If they do send the gift basket back then we will be charged extra shipping costs which we will pass on to you.

• Packages do not arrive to the patients room at first. They go to the shipping dock and then usually volunteers deliver them to the rooms once a day. They tend to get lost easily from our experience. Once they have been delivered someplace in the hospital we can not replace them.  Return

SUBSTITUTIONS:

• Substitutions may be necessary to deliver your basket in a timely manner. We will always substitute an item of equal or greater value.

• Summer months mean chocolate items will melt so they will be replaced with non melting products of the same or greater value.   Return

INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES: 

• Please double check address as there will be a $15.00 address correction fee for any incomplete or incorrect addresses.

• Note: Please include a phone number for your gift recipient in case the shipping company needs to contact them because of delivery problems.

• Package Sent Back To Us: If the package is sent back to us because you supplied a wrong or incomplete address you will be charged for the cost that the shipping company charges us for the return and also either another shipping charge to re-send the gift or a 25% restocking fee.

• If you gave us a wrong or incomplete address there will be no refunds or claims honored. Return

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• We will not ship until your credit card or eBay payment is verified. If paying by e-Check your gift will not be shipped until check is cleared. A returned check fee will be $25.00.

• Note: Special orders that are cancelled will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• If we ordered special products for your order or have the gift made up when you cancel you will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.   Return
